    Good place to learn about fast food restaurant business.
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and free meals for staffs. Part timers can choose their working hours. The managers are friendly.
    The challengesTough training for managers as you need to get 92% to pass for both practical and theory exam. Long queue on peak hours and you need to work very fast. Weekend and public holiday can get very busy. Always lack of staffs. Hard to get promotions.

    The good thingsI can feel like I have a future here as a part timer. All the customer is so nice. They even give me big tip like 50 cent
    The challengesWorking during Chinese new year is the worst because of the long queue that you need to handle.

    As an Intern was able to unlearn the Marketing strategies and was able to organize and personalize kitchen
    The good things1. Able to understand the various parts of the chicken whether used as a fry /patties /Rice item etc 2. Was able to maintain orderliness and cleanliness 3. Was able to keep the actual measures of the liquids or ingredients in the sachet and towel sanitizing standards and procedures
    The challenges1. As an Intern the salary was low 2. Had to listen and work with various people at all levels 3. Keeping the Floor well kept in the Restaurant everytime when the customer moves in and out of the front door and clear the tables immediately 4. Proper waste management of the disposable bags

    The good thingsMedical benefits is good.
    The challengesFirst and foremost they will give you 14 days leave every year but take note it is really hard to apply for a leave because they will always say its busy and the company needs you. As a manager as well you will be working more than 12 hours a day and most of the time no off for 10 days. They never care if you became sick. They will only recognize the people that they like but not the people that they dont like. Theres too much to share but id rather not to say it..

    In a year i experiences being a cashier and also a food packer. The work experience was valuable and learn a lot of things there such as patience and how to serve customer better.
    The good thingsWhen i started working without any experience, not being able to get along with my colleagues and handling the workload was a big concern for me. Fortunately, my colleagues were very approachable and they offered to help me whenever they saw that i had too much on my hands.!All in all, my work experience was a valuable one and i will definitely be able to bring these skills with me to other industries.
    The challengesI had zero experience with regards to working in the F&B industry. I had to learn everything in a day and at first, i thought it was too much to handle. I had many challenges especially during the first few days of work. These challenges eventually went away with time and experience. Another challenge that i met was during peak hours when there were too many customers. During these times, customers tend to be more sensitive due to longer waiting time. They would then take their anger out on me and i would be at a loss sometimes. As time went by, i also learnt how to solve these problems better.

    Awesome for young adults
    The good thingsFlexible working hours. Manager was very friendly, and the multi cultural team bonded well just like a family. Manager sent me to a course which upgraded my skills in terms of customer service. And a course that helped me understand better on food and hygiene.
    The challengesSince it was my first job, I had difficulty taking and completing orders. But practice makes perfect. I can safely say that after 1.5 months, I got the hang of it (cashiering) and was able to carry on a full responsibility as a cashier without a shadow.

They proud about the food and make a different because of their secret receipe in fried chicken
    The challengesBecause it is a fastfood restaurant you must know how handle under pressure situation in peak time many our customer complaint about the slow of service and maintaning the cleaniness of the dining area and the many rude customer that you must stay calm and patience in all the time.

    The good thingsI enjoy most is my working team. The cooperation of everyone in doing every efforts to reach to companies goals, missions, targets and etc. really make us on the TOP. In every achievements we have is all because of the good team we have made. We learn to work hand in hand, and trust with each other to figure out the best thing to do all so to surpass our previous records. GO FOR BREAKTHROUGH!!!
    The challengesChallenges is very un evitable either its easy or difficult. I must say that when you counter such challenges always seek attetion from the superiors because they have already struggled it before. Preparation is important. Always have a good communication with the team in terms in operations to know what there insights about it. By then you can eventually figure out what to do.
