KTPH empowered my knowledge, skills, attitude.The good thingsKTPH encourages life-balance among all the workers which includes the way we eat, our mind-setting, our lifestyle after work and emotional stability. The administration humble themselves and always try to reach out by having vision alignment every month together with all the staff. Moreover, KTPH values the environment so much.
The challengesIt’s not that indidn’t enjoy working here, but only the language barrier. It’s because i only now basics of Mandarin, and Malay language.
One thing also is that, being an enrolled nurse for more than 3 years and trained by the good people
That surrounds me, i believe i could upgrade to be a staff nurse, but their progress is slow. Most of my friends also who works longer than me.
