I miss the people!
The good thingsThe company has helped me to grow professionally by going for training and also build confidence to do public speaking. One of the things I like about the team is team work. Some of the benefits that staff get to enjoy are free Zumba classes, performance and AWS bonus.
The challengesThe company has helped me to grow professionally by doing my own time management. Time management is key, especially in the busy clinic. It's a fast-paced environment and makes sure the clinic runs smoothly.

The challengesWorking with a prima donna CHRO who doesn't upgrade knowledge and expertise, keeps changing or delaying decisions but blame everyone for never get things right; screams at HR staff and never keep to scheduled meetings. Make you work long hours/over weekends at short notice because never read emails or update relevant people so information not passes down. Toxic team culture, blantly disregard the culture and policies that the hospital is trying to promote. Work stress resulted as such.
