    As a former employee, I would like you to think carefully before joining.
    The good thingsThe only good thing is that the salary is paid on time.
    The challenges1.Management - No promotions are given to high-performing or hardworking employees, regardless of their potential. Promotions seem to be reserved only for senior-level staff or managers. (Unfair Promotion) 2.HR department - hypocritical, lack of inclusion and discriminatory toward foreigners. It is the worst department in the company, as it does not listen to or consider employee when need help from company, no demonstrated empathy and humanity. The department no contributes to the company, wasted company resources. As HR, your role is to advocate for employees' well-being and protect their rights, not to make them feel disrespected. 3.Most colleagues from other departments are friendly and helpful, except for some at the managerial level. A few managers behave unprofessionally, showing a lack of respect and occasionally bxllxy junior staff. I believe existing employees are generally aware of this.

    Good environment but not a good career
    The good thingsPeaceful no stress working environment. Good colleagues (not team head position) even come from different departments, caring each other. Almost no politics among same department.
    The challengesOnly Sales department and Account department team head will care their staffs. For other departments....... no no no....... No one will appreciate you no matter what you done well. If you’re looking for a peaceful job with a fixed salary (likely no increment) and not much stress, then is your place. If you’re young and want to fight for future with lots of potential, don’t waste your time here, you have nearly zero chance. No good benefit for normal staffs except some mandatory ones.

    Bad management and slow career growth
    The good thingsGood relationship within colleague and always help out each other.
    The challenges-Head of department and assistant managers always not dare to make decision by themselves and their requirement are different. Sometimes we don't even know wants to follow who's decision. -Slow career growth as they wouldn't appreciate the effort that had given by the worker. -Bad management in HR and Parts and Purchase department. -Bad relationship within workers and managers in Parts and Purchase department. -Quota of promotion is low and always focus on the managers level or higher level.

    No career prospect path can be seen ahead
    The good thingsColleagues are getting along very well and in good relationship between colleagues no matter which department are you from
    The challengesNo career prospect path can be seen ahead for staffs. Offer very low salary range. Benefits are not very attractive and not very good package for staffs. If offer senior position and little high salary because have past relevant working experience, we have nothing to say. If offer executive position and little high salary but no relevant working experience, it is unfair. For staffs who worked hard and long term service, it doesn't seem to be given a fair position and salary. Work hard and effort doesn't seems to be appreciated by management. Management policy are one of those problems caused it to be occurred. In fact, it doesn't deserve to have a star in rating. But we doesn't have any choice to be given in job street, it is compulsory for us to give a star after give a review.

If offer executive position and little high salary but no relevant working experience, it is unfair. No matter staffs work hard and long term service, it does not get appreciate for the efforts. Management policy are one of the partial problems caused it to be occurred. In fact, the truth is that it doesn't deserve to have a star at all. But there is no choice to be given, it is compulsory want us to give at least a star to rate the company.
