The challenges1.Management - No promotions are given to high-performing or hardworking employees, regardless of their potential. Promotions seem to be reserved only for senior-level staff or managers. (Unfair Promotion)
2.HR department - hypocritical, lack of inclusion and discriminatory toward foreigners. It is the worst department in the company, as it does not listen to or consider employee when need help from company, no demonstrated empathy and humanity. The department no contributes to the company, wasted company resources. As HR, your role is to advocate for employees' well-being and protect their rights, not to make them feel disrespected.
3.Most colleagues from other departments are friendly and helpful, except for some at the managerial level. A few managers behave unprofessionally, showing a lack of respect and occasionally bxllxy junior staff. I believe existing employees are generally aware of this.
