King Plastic industry was established and started its production of plastic bottles in 1986 with an initial operation of four blow moulding, two injection moulding machines and twenty employees. Our production volume was then approximately three million bottles per annum, but we have since clinched numerous orders from customers in the petrochemical, F&B, household FMCG, pharmaceutical and other industries.In 1994, our company was registered and renamed to King Plastic Pte.Ltd. Fuelled by increasing orders, we acquired a plot of land in Yishun Industrial Park A and constructed our own building in January 1996, and our company has grown ever since. The total floor area is now eighteen times larger than previous premises, and King Plastic has more than 25 blow moulding machines in operation. Current maximum capacity is at 90 million bottles per annum.Besides the Singapore manufacturing facility, King Plastic also has a subsidiary company in Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, Malaysia. This subsidiary was incorporated in 1996 and started operation in March 1997. Its production capacity is 68 million bottles per annum, with a floor area of 107,000 sqf housing, more than 20 blow and 10 injection moulding machines.King Plastic mainly manufactures High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) bottles with size ranging from 100ml to 5 litres in both translucent (virgin grade) and coloured finish. Supported by a holistic manufacturing ability from mould designing, bottle and cap productions, silk screen printing of bottle labels, quality control, packaging to distribution and storage, we are able to provide integrated and customized solutions that meet the requirements of each customer.Since May 2018 , we have been acquired by a regional Rigid Plastic Packaging MNC. As part of the group , we now service our customers through 37 plants throughout Asia (Singapore , Malaysia , Indonesia , Thailand , Vietnam and China).
