    The good thingsThe employer did yearly review regarding the employee's performance. The bonuses and year end party celebration will be held. 13th Month salary is added to the account, too on December. Overall, the employer does mental and physical support. I will rejoin KKH later in life definitely.

    The good thingsMany staff resigned and back to kkh within a year due to the comfort and flexibility.
    The challengesBosses always promote those who they like. Appraisal grade always is the same no matter how good u have worked. No career progression after working here for so long. Hence time to go and look for better career prospect. No freedom of speech even the hospital encourage staff to speak up. End of the day u still need to follow instructions by boss. Working hours is longer and each dept working hour are different. So strange.

    The challengesIn my dept the working environment is ok but the superior is those type that won't giving you chance to speak up. No career progression if u stay longer. Hence is good to move to other dept if possible.

    The good thingsGreat work environment, good colleagues, good bosses, superb benefits.
    The challengesSome matured staff were rather picky, unfriendly and like to order others who were higher rank. Some clinicians were bossy, look down on the junior admin staff. Difficult to work with them as they have very demanding requirements. Work can be stagnant too. But if looking for stability and worklife balance, KKH is a good choice.

    The good things- Great work culture - Supportive colleagues (in my department at least) - Staff serve for a long time here and this shows much about the culture here
    The challenges- The career development structure is very rigid. It rewards staff that choose to stay for a long time, rather than rewarding based on productivity.
