Extremely high expectations in an unforgiving, fast-paced environment.
The good thingsNear MacPherson MRT and pay quite well and fast.
The challengesI was brought in very hastily without a proper interview for a 6 months contract with a possibility of conversion to Permanent, however I was only given 1 week to perform before being told that I wasn't suitable. If they did hiring properly and had a proper interview, they would've found me unsuitable and not hire me in the first place. Recruiter was very transactional repeatedly calling me to hastily bring me in but completely ignoring me after I joined. I'd think twice before accepting a contract offer here, they'll just dispose you without giving you enough time to learn and perform.

Top Management has a poor work attitude
The good thingsGood steppingstone for new graduates.
The challengesDepends on the assigned site, BU head, and the council. If your BU head likes to find fault with you and the council micromanaged, your work will be very difficult. If you want to get the bonus, you must maintain a good relationship with your BU and council, especially the chair. 🙂

For new graduates to gain experience, it will be good good place to learn. But to climb up the ladder even after you prove yourself, don't even dream.
The good thingsAfter 10yrs all I could say is the team at site is tremendous. Can't say the same for the upper management
The challengesTrying to grow with the company for new challenges but no opportunities given
