    Minimal benefits, working environment is unhealthyBoth of the CEOs spoke about safety is the top priority but it is just lip service. Your immediate superior will appreciate your work, but if you are looking for bonus or increment, don't get your hopes up. Company do not provide annual health screening for employees, medical benefits is bare minimum.

    In local politics, I had a bad experience with teamwork

    The challengesMany of the Site supervisors monitoring the site progress but I have observed that most of the work after instructed workers to do but then never monitor closely whether they are doing it correctly or not. When he was there to check on their work, is sometimes too late, because the work was already completed but incorrect and need to do rework.

    The good thingsThe system is very good and very details. Friendly and helpful Colleague around Working environment is very good. works as a team. The networking and sourcing of sub-con or supplier are strong based on internal contact. To provide training to most of the staff

    The good thingsAlways got chance to explore and learn more in this company and friendly colleagues are really helpful on my career path. Good bonding working environment made me felt happy to continue to work here. Of course, I also encountered certain \"challenges\" other than gracious group.
    The challengesThe challenge that I encounter is \"communication\" with senior/pioneer colleagues. Well, I think I still managed it good. As long as majority people will follow the same language or comply according to the requirement, I considered as satisfied with the implementation.
