Minimal benefits, working environment is unhealthyBoth of the CEOs spoke about safety is the top priority but it is just lip service.
Your immediate superior will appreciate your work, but if you are looking for bonus or increment, don't get your hopes up.
Company do not provide annual health screening for employees, medical benefits is bare minimum.

The challengesMany of the Site supervisors monitoring the site progress but I have observed that most of the work after instructed workers to do but then never monitor closely whether they are doing it correctly or not. When he was there to check on their work, is sometimes too late, because the work was already completed but incorrect and need to do rework.
