Poor Directorship/Top ManagementDirectors barely know how to manage and rude. Cant deliver yet putting the blame on others and scold staff publicly without any valid reason. Favor those who cant perform but good in butter-up. Disappointed to see good staff left due to poor working culture. By the way, directors will always say they want to change the culture, but it will never happen because they dont have basic competency.
