Since then, some 40 over years has passed and the Lam Seng Hang Group has been expanding in the region of South East Asia, trading in a wide range of industrial chemicals, tyres, commodities, spices and general merchandises etc. The group also one of the major producers in Malaysia for agricultural chemicals for some 25 years. These products are mainly to cater the needs for domestic markets and for overseas.We are the sole agent & distributor of Westlake tyres for more than 30 years, which is ranked No.9 Tyre Manufacturer globally and Top Tyre maker in China.

    The good thingsGood benefits for staff, average working environment. Traditional SME company with small headcount.
    The challengesJob functions require multi-tasking; no motivation from superiors as high ‘commitment’ required. Culture is inhibited because the bad leadership of a manager is condoned. Stress level is high but unnecessary due to overloading of work. Job roles are merged to save costs.

    The challengeswhen there is something happen to Dept A shipment, the other non related dept to the shipment the whole shipping team will be call up to the GM office for immediate meeting. we have to climb and down three storey. The communication from the management is not pleasant. Left the company within a year. Base on 7 years experience in the industry, during than the salary is squeeze to lowest, similar to
