Legal SecretaryThe good thingsThey allow me to take 3 months flexible days to coach my daughter before her PSLE exams and another 2 months flexible days the year after, for my son PSLE exams. During the SARS period a couple of years back, we are allowed to work from home. During the very bad haze 2 years ago, they allow the staffs to go home under company expenses n despatch masks for the whole family.
The challengesThe management should be more lenient to individual staff on other personal issues. Apparently, the management is undergoing some changes in policy which are not taken in nicely by the staffs.
