    Tiring Environment due to long hours
    The good thingsColleagues were friendly and helpful Welfare Perks are great (E.g well stocked pantry from biscuits, fruits to pre-event meals providing etc..)
    The challengesLong hours due to unknown direction from management, decks changes repeating almost on daily basis. Flooded with PRC who doesn't speak English makes communication with SEA office with language barriers esp for Thai / Vietnam office.

    The good thingsLazada is a good place to grow for someone who is able to handle pressure and is independent in finding out how to learn/problem solve. Good colleagues, and there will always be someone you can ask for directions (but you have to be the one asking).
    The challengesTurnover rate is rather high so sometimes the person who can advise you might no longer be around, but if you are a determined individual and able to persevere, then you will gain a good experience.

    The challengesNot for the weak minded, every startups have high paces and uncertainties. Lazada is not the worst in this part. Don't join if you are okay with working 9-5 and expecting repetitive admin work

    Enriching e-commerce experience and dynamic team
    The good thingsI relished the opportunity to interact with brand partnership teams, commercial category managers, and company visits to amazing offices like Lego and Airbnb. This experience of in-house legal work beats the traditional law firm internship any time. I also appreciated the flat structure and open cross-office communication - even as an intern, I got to address matters of business importance with senior management in Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Malaysian offices! We also got to meet Alibaba CEO who shared the Ali vision, and tips for a young ecommerce company. Amazing and beyond all I could have expected.
    The challengesThe pace is punishing for anyone not used to a Rocket Internet way of doing things - I certainly took some time to find my footing, but the passion and momentum of the colleagues, as well as the strong camaraderie makes one quickly feel at home here.
