It was a learning curve with lots of support from staff and head office.
The good thingsThey have well prepared materials for presentation. Very good working understanding between teachers. They help their teachers to succeed by training them and providing sufficient material and information in order to make the teaching process successful.
The challengesThe challenges are that the hours are very awkward and it does not allow for interaction with one's community because of the time factor. Weekends on is required to work and there are no substitute teachers so on cannot take leave when one has to attend a family function and this is extremely confining.

    Flexibility and Challenging
The good thingsFlexibility: I am working on a part time basis due to my love for travelling. I am able to go on leave at least 3 months in a row per year. The challenge in this centre is that we have a target to meet every month in order to have the incentive which is cash. We need to meet the enrollment and withdrawals target. We are working with a group of native teachers from the USA, UK and Canada etc.......
The challengesOur enrollment deposit policy which is always a challenge to us as the refund is based on the advance notice when the parent decided to withdrawal from our programme. Most of the parent would miss the notice period and some of them would turn nasty against us of the forfeited deposit. I would strongly recommended not to have the advance notice as I strongly believed in loyal customers.
