The good thingsFriendly colleagues. Otherwise nothing else to comment. Think twice before coming on board.
The challengesToxic management where profits rule over every aspect. Expect OT without any compensation. Management will take your credit.

    Learning Opportunities
The good thingsAs a fresh graduate, this Company provides good learning opportunities as you get to manage full spectrum of functions in your role instead of specializing into one function. The organization has a structured system but not tech-savy overall.
The challengesLack of employee engagement where many things are paper-oriented instead of practically useful. Reporting manager does not provide clear guidance and lack of support given to the subordinates which cause high retention. At times, employees are overload with unnecessary jobs.

    Totally No Career Prospect
The good thingsThe culture under the current local bosses are the only reason that are keeping the loyal staffs staying for more than 10 to 30 years. We no longer had to work on alternate Sat. Colleagues are nice and friendly.
The challengesThe company (parent company) set unrealistic sales target and vision. The company has totally no career prospect as a promotion to the next level will take you 8 to 10 years while this can be easily achieved within 2 to 3 years in other similar company scale.

Great Learning Exposure, Career Opportunity and Staff Welfare
The good thingsVery few companies allow such a close bond between the top management and general workers or executive level employees but Leeden is definitely one of them. Not only does the company take care of the employee's welfare but there are also many career opportunity given as the company's regional presence expands. It also provides an excellent working environment and culture within the organization.
The challengesEvery good company has its potential and room for improvement and there are certain areas in which this company can improve. There are some processes or workflows in certain departments that needs to be reviewed and restructured for smoother operation. On top of that training and development is also crucial to develop and retain a talent within the company.
