    Not the best culture and environment even thought the staff are all really nice
    The good thingsFellow colleagues are really great to work with, the pay is decent and the pace is pretty neutral.
    The challengesMicromanagement and a lot of discrepancy. If the upper manager could just stick to their job scope and not try to do tasks that other executives or specialists specializes in, it would greatly reduce the turnover rate.

    Not really a good company if you wanna move on
    The good thingsThe freedom of control of your finances and how your superiors are always around to help you when you need help in the beginning. Nice to learn new things and meet a lot of new people and building a good relationship with your clients.
    The challengesOld school methods of prospecting. Management may need to improve on helping the weaker ones and not just casting them aside. Need to avoid the office drama whenever possible can be toxic if you are caught in it.

    Great conducive environment
    The good thingsEmployer and fellow colleagues work well together, company has a wonderful family culture. Hardworking people and driven to success. Conducive working place. Training is comprehensive, mentor-ship from industry-focused seniors who give real-work-life scenarios. All in all positive, vibrant, energetic and fun working experience.
    The challengesHiring more people to contribute to the company's growth, company needs to find more creative ways to boost up its recruitment drive. Recruiting fresh graduates who are Goal driven, have an entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to put in hard work to succeed in a Sales driven industry
