    Department leaders are preety much bias and does not appreciate old birds who have done alot for them . Rather it gives a feel that they are scsred and insecure of their position

    The working environment is really the best
    The good thingsThe company really does care about their employees. They care about the employee's work-life balance. They even make sure that the staff does not need to stay very long in the office even during the company events. They have very good benefit plans for the employees too and it caters to a different group of employees.
    The challengesKnowing many different languages is definitely gonna be a plus. The more languages you know, the better it would be. I think it's a pretty stress-free environment but of course, you still need to finish what you gotta do.
