The good thingsThe company offers shuttle bus services, which is a positive aspect. However, there are significant operational shortcomings. There is no comprehensive and standardized SOP in place, resulting in inefficient and inconsistent work processes. Vendor documentation is poorly managed, with no clear ownership by departments and a lack of traceability. Furthermore, several branches have delayed payments to vendors for months, and supporting documents are not properly filed or maintained in an organized system. With approximately five branches in operation, the overall level of organization and consistency across branches remains inadequate.

The challengesI hope the company’s leadership can standardize vendor processes and ensure all documents are properly organized, with clear departmental ownership and traceability.
