    The challengesWaited for 8yrs plus still upgrading work still drag. Best they say other people issue therefore can't proceed. Care about $ is the KPI not resident's well being.

    The challengesOne of the challenges working for this company was when they decided to decrease the number of staffs working while the number of residents increasing.
