    Established in December 1983, Ling Kwang Home (LKH) has been serving the aged sick and needy with love for the past 40 years. Providing 24-hour nursing care, rehabilitative services, and pastoral care, we strive to care for our seniors in an integrated and holistic manner – attending not just to their physical needs, but also their emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.Apart from our residential long-term care services – where we mainly serve residents who are wheelchair- or bed-bound, we also run a Day Care Centre and an Integrated Home and Day Care programme for the elderly living in the community.Our Home is only able to function because of the hard and heart work contributed by one and all. At LKH, we offer a family-friendly and warm work environment that values work-life balance. We also endeavour to develop every staff that joins us to their fullest potential.     The challengesWaited for 8yrs plus still upgrading work still drag. Best they say other people issue therefore can't proceed. Care about $ is the KPI not resident's well being.
