Good remuneration if able produce results but limited career progressionThe good thingsGreat commission payout structure for sales staff. One of the few industries where non-graduates employees can potentially earn more than graduates average salary. However, learning curve is abit steep initially due to industry nature. Management provides good support though, with constant refresher on product mechanics. Lots of role play and sharing on communication skills, sales pitch and marketing.
The challengesVery limited career progression. Niche boutique consulting firm, would not be able to progress much higher due to small sized headcount. Not suitable if looking to progress beyond a team lead supervisory level.
