    High commission
The good thingsFlexible hours, attractive commission scheme. Interesting job scope with wide exposure to different industries and SME companies.
The challengesVery low remuneration if no sales for that month as commission based. Quite tiring after awhile, but good commission if can last 9-12 months without burning out.

Good remuneration if able produce results but limited career progression
The good thingsGreat commission payout structure for sales staff. One of the few industries where non-graduates employees can potentially earn more than graduates average salary. However, learning curve is abit steep initially due to industry nature. Management provides good support though, with constant refresher on product mechanics. Lots of role play and sharing on communication skills, sales pitch and marketing.
The challengesVery limited career progression. Niche boutique consulting firm, would not be able to progress much higher due to small sized headcount. Not suitable if looking to progress beyond a team lead supervisory level.

Employer fair treatment, but only if you produce results
The good thingsFair and just remuneration and treatment, employer practices abit more leeway if you can produce results consistently. Without output and meeting quotas, employer tends to be abit more \"by-the-book\". Could have more standard SOP for HR policies for all employees.
The challengesMust consistently produce results both in terms of quota output and customer service levels. On an acquisition level, the required quota is still manageable but to keep producing monthly results consistently, gets abit tiring.
