    Micro management and Red Tape System
    The good things- Good benefits, work life balance, Quarterly Bonus,
    The challengesAbove 80% of high turnover rate especially for Exempt staff. Micromanagement, Lack of Trust, Humiliation, Resistance to change, Red tape system, moving backward. Company Culture and nature of the job is really good but some some management, senior staff esp old birds spoil the company.

    The challengesThe Management tends to give little empowerment to the downlines. A lot of time spent on daily flash meetings and decrease and affect efficiency to work on action items.

    The good thingsGood bonus. Provide necessary training.
    The challengesOrganization is not optimized. Not enough resources for some projects. Too focus on cost saving, did not balance with quality issues. Attrition rate is very high due to stressful environment.
