    The good things- Good benefits, work life balance, Quarterly Bonus,
    The challengesAbove 80% of high turnover rate especially for Exempt staff. Micromanagement, Lack of Trust, Humiliation, Resistance to change, Red tape system, moving backward. Company Culture and nature of the job is really good but some some management, senior staff esp old birds spoil the company.
