Don't join unless you are desperate.
    The good thingsCo-workers are friendly.
The challengesBenefits kept on changing in a downwards trend. Bosses thinking hard to squeeze more benefits for themselves. There is no fairness in practice; if boss like you, you will enjoy more privilege. Staff welfare not fairly distributed between those works in HQ and at operations side. When there are problems, instead of solving it, the management will start to find fault. When they think you can't meet their expectation, they will ask you to resign, and worst still, asked you to request to don't serve notice.
