    Just don't even think of joining
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues with a very nice boss that will help you when in need
    The challengesManagement is terrible, high expectations and not standardised with all other centres, unfair treatment to staff, no progression at all, Decisions are made without consulting staffs and not to mention lack of appreciation and recognition

    The good thingsTeam of teachers were really helpful, not much paperwork
    The challengesPoor management- ratio of children to teacher is incorrect; lacking of staff Teachers welfare not taken care of- teachers are expected to return to work even though really unwell to help out for a few hours Lunch provided but is really terrible. Unable to leave the centre during lunch hour break to buy your own food Principal is not open to any suggestions. Timeline of events can be better Cleanliness of the school is so so terrible

    The challengesBad management, always short of teachers, teachers handle class way over ratio. Teachers are not served nutritious foods. Teachers not allowed to buy lunch outside of centre. Principal give less autonomy to teachers when making decisions for their own class.

    The good thingsI love how Little Paddington School has work-life balance and does not demand too much time and paperwork. Also, teachers and staffs are friendly, positive and supportive. They are willing to mentor new teachers and provide training for professional development.

    The challengesTeachers are not willing to teach and guide you, if ask again same question, not happy to answer you. Not caring and patient to infant. Scold them if nvr listen. Always ask you to do thing faster eg: when showering or feeding infants. Always say don't give too much attention & don't entertain infants too much, can't carry them too often. Bad working environment. Better to join other preschool

    The challengesThe teachers are not patient to teach new teachers, not caring and patient to baby, always shout, very rough, hold baby with one hand, if cry or scream then put in room leave yr baby cry inside. And pat yr baby very hard to sleep.

    The good thingsThe team of teachers are very helpful and work very well together.
    The challengesSince it was a new establishment where I started and the school had not reached full capacity, there were new children joining everyday and there were obvious settlement issues so that was a bit of a challenge but achievable.
