    The good thingsLittle Paddington is an organisation that is committed in providing work-life harmony & growth opportunities for their employees.
    The challengesMeeting the needs of diverse learners: Each child is unique and has their own learning style and pace, which can be challenging to accommodate in a group setting. However, it also requires me to be creative and flexible in my approach to teaching.
