    The good thingsFun and joy with colleagues and students. Bring smiles everyday with the students antics.
    The challengesIf you get those students who doesn’t listen, you get angry. Some days are good, some days are hard.

    amazing experience with amazing colleagues
    The good thingsworked at hong wen’s branch and I really enjoyed working there as the people there and the managers are very nice! highly recommended especially if you love kids. working hours are good too.
    The challengescan be tiring sometimes but it’s worth the experience!

    Fun working environment as colleagues are nice, my manager is nice. Not much paperwork.
    The good thingsMy colleagues are supportive when we are facing problems with the students. They will help me.
    The challengesThe students in primary school can be very hard to manage. They can be very rude to you and insist on listening to you. You need to have good management skills and discipline method.

    Centre management is poor and un-organised
    The good thingsEnjoyed working with the children. They are fun-loving and nice to interact with. Some staffs are also approachable and helpful.
    The challengesBad experience at one of the centre. Management and admin there could be improved with better planning and coordination. As a part timer, no training was given hence it was hard to handle a full class alone. In charge of the centre should also take the initiative to teach new staff on how to carry out the activities.
