Employees at Little Professors Learning Centre enjoyed working with their fun and supportive colleagues, as well as interacting with the children who were often fun-loving. Some reviewers also appreciated having great, nice managers. However, there were challenges such as low compensation and lack of benefits, long working hours, difficulty managing student behaviour especially with older students, and a lack of training and management support for part-time staff handling classes alone.
