    The good thingsThe Company is an established real estate investment trust company. Having been given a positive rating by investment rating agency, I would say that the company is stable and thus, job tenure and security are a plus.
    The challengesI believe sometimes the long hours are no longer healthy both physically and mentally. Hence, I would encourage that the company should engage into having a work-life balance program for the company. This would generate more employee productivity.
