Stressful conditions, little guidance, bad treatment from HOD made it unbearable to continue to work there.
The good thingsVery near MRT and many amenities nearby.
The challengesIn 2021 I started working there, I had guidance and handover only for 2 days, after that I was on my own. The Director there guided me only like 2 or 3 days a week and wasn't physically there most of the time, after she left I was left with the HOD there which didn't guide me properly, just kept giving me work 1st thing in the morning everyday and scolded me for making mistakes. She was very lazy to guide me and very lazy to serve students, making me come to work everyday to serve students even though CEO allowed everyone to work from home, while she herself works from home about once or twice a week. Even though I'm the only staff there, work kept piling on me as if there are 2 or 3 other staff to do the work. Unnecessary work given to me just for the sake of creating work after CEO asked her to pass more work to me. Stressful conditions, little guidance, bad treatment from HOD made it unbearable to continue to work there. Work nature I felt wasn't suitable for me too.
