    Working at mmetal
    The good thingsThe employer gave you time to have a rest day. i have two days of rest day.they gave me saturday and sunday for a rest day. The office is located near the mrt so transportation is not a problem. They have offered me a free ride also in the morning because i live very far from the office. The company also have a company outing . The office space is spacious and the working station is very nice.
    The challengesLanguage barrier.since some singaporeans have difficulty in speaking in english. Prior to hiring, They have warned me if i didnt worked in their company they will call the police because at that time i was working in another company in singapore.after two months of working with them, theyve terminated me because i was not able to meet their expectations but actually it was the quota of the company
