    The challengesNo career advancement and those favored will be promoted. Toxic and selfish colleagues who likes to apply leaves on most weekends and refuse to compromise. Management should review the rosters give a fair chance to others too!

    The good thingsThe package is good - salary, medical benefits, corporate partner discounts.
    The challengesInefficient and unnecessary processes. Work piles up especially when approvals are not forthcoming.

    The challengesFeels like they squeeze every bit of blood and tears for every dollar they pay you. Work-life balance is not in their dictionary. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment.

    The good thingsManagement is very focused on continuous growth, KPI focused, leading the organisation towards new markets. Colleagues and people are generally quite nice, working relationship between departments are ok. Well, things usually work both ways... Bonuses and remuneration is considered above market average, with some perks that most companies do not provide.
    The challengesWorking hours can be better managed, though flexibility is available to work from home Very strong governance and compliance, resulting in numerous paperwork and long approval channels
