The good thingsThe directors are very friendly, the whole company is more like a family. the company does celebrate the closing of each major project they close to thank everyone for their efforts and reflect on what they can learn from it. The directors also take notice of employees stress levels to ask if they are able to cope with the work load.

The challengesCommunication in regards to projects in teams may sometimes prove challenging as the change in direction of the project may not be clear.
