    The good thingsI firmly believe in taking a collaborative approach to each project. I love working with a team to achieve a common goal, and I know my background in operations has prepared me for this role. I look forward to becoming a valued contributor to this phenomenal team.
    The challengesIn my most recent role, a former coworker left the job unexpectedly. During this time, he was the leader on an important new site. When he left, my manager asked me to take it over. While I had never performed the job duties in the past, I had previous leadership experience. Using my leadership and problem-solving skills, I pushed the project forward, encouraged the rest of the team and completed the responsibilities as well as mine. We were able to complete this project successfully and on deadline.
