    Great work experience with Menarini
    The good thingsin Menarini here is lot of opportunity to grow , like company focused on their employ skills and try to update them how to enhance skill and update him to next levels. Menarini always focused that if there is opportunity for next level them company always prefer and give first chance to there internal employs, for that company time to time give training to them , to pass out the criteria for next levels.
    The challengeswhen i joined menarini i was new in this segment but company give me chance to understand and learn about this segment. Now i am completely understand the segment and giving continues growth to company and earning incentives that help me to save money to my family. Thanks a lot Menanini
