    The good thingsMost of the employee can knock off on time, work life balance for those employee who not taking project which need 24/7.
    The challengesExecutive level need to attend all the late evening meeting and handle whole project, but unable hire junior with good working attitude, stress on keep training people and monitor whole project with no Manager to support. However it is depend on project and department.
