    A great place for growth and fun.
    The good thingsI had a great time working with the company, it is a vibrant and fun place to have been with for my 2 years there. Though sad that it had to end due to unforeseen circumstances, I have nothing but great memories with Merlin Entertainments.
    The challengesThe challenge has been facing tourists of many different ethnicities and understanding what makes them tick, trying to make sales with and getting to know different mindsets and cultures through these great guests.

    The good thingsFun working environment with a group of close knitted team of colleagues who help each other in need. Management is open to staff feedback. Excellent staff welfare.
    The challengesWorkload can be irregular as it gets busier during the on peak season when there are more guests. Career progression wise its limited, good for individuals who wanna kick start their career in the tourism industry.

    The good thingsI love how i am able to develop my skills here despite not having a very high qualifications. I'm able to gel well with the staff on grounds very well and also i have a very awesome group of people from the management that see my potential and invested their time and energy in improving my skills. I'm very grateful to have met such awesome managers and colleagues.
    The challenges-to have loads of patience especially when dealing with people around the world. -you never know who is ever going to visit you. -be calm when facing a challenge but remain cool and deal with the matter assertively. -work life balance can be a challenge. but as long as u enjoy and look forward to working with awesome people u are fine!

    The good thingsa really fun place to work at, casual, open communication. management are really concerned about making their staff happy at work. any issues raised are attended to as soon as possible. always making improvements to how things are done and staff welfare.
    The challengesit's fast-paced, which keeps me alive and tourism is a beast in itself so this is the place for you if you love working in entertainment and with people of all sorts!

    The good thingsYes People at work are amazing. And I have learnt so much in my 2.5 years working there. Getting to experience working for different department has showcase the set of skills I have and new skills to enhance my learning experience. I would recommend anyone if anyone is looking for a job.
