The good thingsBig company with a lot of female staff very fun environment over the ten years working we are able to transfer from dept to dept. I worked at Accounts dept for 3 years followed by Shipping dept for 3 years lasting asked to transferred to merchandise dept where stores purchasing for selling floors during Christmas seasons are required to helped up at the selling floors very interesting company. We were allowed to have morning tea break, lunch break and afternoon tea break. enjoyable working environment for young people then 18 years old of age till I had my both sons. Yearly annual dinner and dance were the events every staff looking forward. Every Ten year will received incentives and bonus. We are allowed to apply half a day leave on the same day a lot of freedom given by management.
The challengesmerchandising department- must be willing to pick up things fast and very demanding job. planning for buyers are all year round assistants were able to handle more challenging tasks like meeting suppliers and understand the fashion trend etc.....
