    management is falling apart.
    The good thingsnot too busy, you don't need significant experience in materials to get into the company.
    The challengesthe good things are also really bad, if you are used to normal jobs where you will constantly have stuff to do, you will yourself having loads of free time, unless your manager pushes stuff onto you, even the stuff the manager ought to do. Very little experience also means you don't understand what's going on, and the lack of record keeping also means there is very little to learn from, so you have to fumble your way around.
