    The good thingsDespite the unclear leadership, long-serving colleagues remain supportive and work well together, especially during challenging periods.
    The challengesThe main challenge is the General Manager’s inconsistent leadership, with double standards and a lack of clear direction. Staff benefits and bonuses have been reduced over the years, while certain individuals receive preferential treatment, resulting in increased workload, burnout, and little to no recognition or reward.

    The good thingsThe benefit is good. Can claim taxi after 8pm. Dental and health benefits are all good.
    The challengesNo proper training, a lack of support internally. People are in their comfort zone, unlikely to make any changes. Senior employees create a bad environment for new ones.
