    It was fun interacting with people from different backgrounds
    The good thingsWorking with people who are inexperienced, working with inexperienced bosses, not learning anything new on the job, working seven days a week, with 12 hours everyday, but I’m all it prepared me for the future
    The challengesInexperienced worker and bosses, no training for management, not willing to enhance the system, working 12 hours a day, and seven days a week because of poor staffs knowledge on what they need to do

    Great Starting Point
    The good thingsTruthfully, this company is amazing if you wanna jumpstart your hospitality industry interest. My colleagues and managers have given nothing but support and even provided endless coaching. They make you feel like they are excited to teach you so you could be on board as well. Fun and engaging work environment!
    The challengesSome things were not treated seriously enough. Words are said but actions weren't taken. Although they want you to be on board when they coach you, sometimes it feels as though you can never be "in" the team. I felt alienated a bunch of times.

    Terrible culture and leadership
    The good thingsFree canteen food. Nothing else.
    The challengesThe worst hotel group i have worked in. Slow to adopt best practices in the industry. Stingy in spending to improve customer experience. Leadership not interested to do the right thing but queue to pander to owner whims and fancy. Lower salary compared to other hotels. Revolving door in senior leadership give rise to ever changing directions (if any at all).

    Hospitality Field should treasure employee more as is an essential , as front liner is employee attending to guest needs rather then just chess pieces for disposal. Lacks of insight of employee is the key of making return guest which services provided
    The good thingscompany having good out going environment with supportive staff.
    The challengesmanagement team is not a good guidance and do not have good skills which fitted the high position provided, lack of space of improvement and knowledge providing.

    The good thingsOne of the things I like is that the team I work with are generally nice people and have a good working culture.
    The challengesThe career and growth opportunities here are limited because​​ the HR department is clearly not interested in the growth of the employees and neither does the upper level management tries to push anything. The weakness of the company's management team is seen in how upper management deals with mistakes made by the team.

    It was fun meeting new people and fun experiencing new environment.
    The good thingsAll the colleague in my working environment was not arrogant. Manager and supervisors are all friendly. Sometimes they will scold us. Its because they want to be the best but they wont look down on us. Being in new environment will build your confidence throughout your working life. And of cause being the first person too start your friendship with your colleague is always verbally so when your colleague will always thought this new colleague is not arrogant but friendly

    The challengesOvertime is unavoidable, for some it may be acceptable but I experienced many instances where I was not in a position to decline working overtime.

    Very Nice
    The good thingsAll of my colleague and manager are patience to teach me, and take care of me. The working atmosphere is great, and they all get along well with each other. When in the busy time, colleague will come and help, some of them are not in the same department, but they are willing to help.
    The challengesLanguage problems, as I am trying to learn everything during the work. And all around me those colleague are different countries which that makes me to trying my best to learn and improve my English.
