    Good experience to those who have never worked retail.
    The good thingsAs a part timer, all full timers, AM and fellow part timers were friendly and easy going despite the age difference SIC and area manager was supporting and understanding. Flexible schedule for part timers. Family-friend environment
    The challengesFT went into an MIA state quite frequently that part timers had to come down during off days or extend our hour. When big boss came down to see the store, pressure will be put out, especially when all pt do was following instructions given by ft or sic. No staff benefits or perks given.
