    Organised workflow, polite & professional staff, clean & comfy working space & clear vision from start to end of project.
    The good thingsTeam has a strong vision in the outcome of the project. They welcome in any ideas & discussions to improve the project. Flexibility in carrying out the project using any methods or for consultation when manpower is lacking on certain days. Understand the pace & performance of my job. Fair reasonable target & expectation for the team to achieve.
    The challengesBeing a design intern because the environment is academically inclined which was challenging for me to get help in the project in design perspective. At least with my strong knowledge in Food & Nutrition, my team & I were able to share opinion fairly giving me some confidence in completing the tasks daily. Software skills on the other hand is down to my own research. Any further difficulties requires some consultation with the team where I will do my best to adjust it until it's satisfactory.

    The good thingsThe interactions with the kids. Getting to see them grow and learn will be the most fulfilling thing of this job. The holidays.
    The challengesToo many "outside classroom" activities like: -planning for lessons -handling 3 to 4 classes at once -CCAs and remedial lessons -HBL and preparation -Extra courses you have to attend -Calling parents for kids who don't do their homework etc. -Extra duties such as canteen duties -Handling difficult kids -School leaders -Parents will blame you for anything

    I miss AED Teaching & Learning
    The good thingsI enjoy this job as I feel great sense of pride for seeing my NT student pass their Math for N Level. There are good training and workshops and I don't fee loss in the job. But now, I feel very lost in my job as I have not touched for 10 years. If this position is back to MOE, I want to apply and switch back! I love teaching Math. It's not about the holidays, its about the job!
    The challengesthere are some students will not do homework. Well there are students who are willing to learn. hence, it motivates me to teach!
