    The challengesThe work appraisal tool is not an excellent way to assess a teacher's capabilities. In some schools, workload does not give you work life balance.

    Good overall experience with opportunities to develop in many areas.
    The good thingsGiven opportunities to take on new work such as online hosting as well as improve on communication skills, good support from supervisors, great work-life balance with flexi-work hours/Time-Off.
    The challengesSome of the work was not well-organised, resulting in missteps and even misunderstanding between staff. Could have been better organised and certain processes made less complex.
