    STABLE COMPANY, SALARY ON TIME,
The good thingsstable company, salary on time, growing and progressive, always open for new ideas and changes, open for foreign talents. a company serving great food, and quality service. have been in the business for decades.
The challengesfrequent management changes - tendency to undervalue old employees who have served the company through thick and thin.

    Absolutely Horrible Experience
The good thingsAs long as you are willing to agree with anything and everything without having your own ideas, this is the company for you.
The challengesBetter Communication with employees, do not be afraid to let your employees enjoy the benefits, fulfill promises that senior mgt agrees, pay out bonuses due as per appointment agreement and not withdraw giving lousy excuses, Snr mgt to seriously look at work life balance, Snr mgt to take ownership of issues and not just play the blame game everytime things go wrong.

big discrepancy between management and the staff
The good thingsIf you do well at work and dont screw up, they will leave you alone for a while before they question your worth and pile on more work on you. Well, at least they leave you alone for THAT while. The management cares about looking good on paper than actual performance. Making bosses happy takes precedence over productivity as well. it's one method if you want to survive long in this company
The challengesIf they could give more empowerment to their employees and have a bit more trust and faith. Especially for a customer service manager, empowerment is important, which is exactly what I lack. Staff welfare was the one thing that they dont care about, in fact they were looking to cut what's already left to a minimum while the management perks are constantly increasing.
