Bad management,and should replace the whole plant management Positive:
1) quite a good work life balance company.
2) junior and senior executive level very supportive.
Negative:
1) most of the superior do not understand the procedure but keep scolding their subordinate.
2) management would protect/cover some workers they like, even they did something wrong, and will blame to some junior workers.
3) almost all the manager level technical knowledge are ow average grade.
4) all systems just transparent in this company, MNC company work like SMEs company.
