    The good thingsEveryone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other. People care about one another and about their team goals. There is a genuine spirit of cooperation and shared goals all revolving around helping the residents.
    The challengesAt times, there could be differences in opinions across departments due to differences in procedures or work protocols. Hence, working closely and being open to opinions is very essential.

    The good thingsOff peak travelling times. Lunch and dinner provided.
    The challengesShift work. Can easily lose track of day of week, as well as public holidays. Lower ranks filled with even more office politics / competitions from people from different walks of life and backgrounds.
