    Good place to grow and start
    The good thingsSupportive coworkers that kept you going when things got hard. Many valuable lessons to learn in the healthcare industry. Good work life balance due to work schedule not being fixed.
    The challengesMinimum moral support from the upper management when manpower is low. Not for the faint hearted. Management should try learn some of the systems from the workers so that they are able to see problems with full context.

    The good thingsThe patients, my management, my colleagues, clinic staff everyone was cooperative and it has been a delightful experience, this job has thought me how to tactful handle patients and always make them feel comfortable. It was eye opener to be confident, work under pressure and independently. I enjoyed myself and learnt a lot about healthcare.
    The challengesPatients being impatient and being disputive, handling them without causing any scar to the hospital's image. Handling the stress at work patiently and time management. It is fast space environment.
