Good place with Team bonding

The good thingsA lot of teamwork and team bonding sessions. Bosses are very flexible and they don't make us feel like they're bosses to a certain extent. They're still serious in work but man..they're really fun and real too. When I say flexible, I mean flexible working time too. I never had them spot-checking me somehow but of cos we still do have our KPIs.

The challengesThe speed can be really fast-paced. We're busy most of the time but because of the family culture that over here they emphasize a lot in, there are colleagues who are willing to help you like anytime. So it kinda covers what I feel is challenging to me. Like pitching a sale to me is a scary experience so we have colleague who are good will help me in that sense to secure the deal and then I can fully focus on my strength which is the designing part.
