    Awesome work experience but a not so awesome emotional experience.
    The good thingsThere is no attire requirement, bosses tend to give a listening ear to what challenges each individual is facing. Following with a mitigation method to solve the obstacles faced. There will be brainstorming sessions on each challenges and also a senior will be around to guide and lead the way. Even if it's a common challenge by all, everybody will sit down and try to find a way out or use an alternate solution to get to the final result.
    The challengesEverybody is too serious working in the company whereby people don't crack jokes to lighten the heavy mood that every office has. This serves as both a pro and a con to the environment. The pro is that, things will hit the target most of the time but the con is that sometimes these moods can indirectly affect the morale of everybody. If you're new to the company, you can feel it but if you've all along been working in this type of environment, then this is the place for you.

    The good thingsWorking hours, convenient work location, fruits day on Friday, good perks if you work after office hours, friendly colleagues but not management etc...
    The challengesvery disorganized organization especially at higher management level, everyone rush for things to say very urgent (but i personally feel it is not urgent), and finally end with big Mess.
